A 100% Viognier cuvée, certified organic and biodynamic, grown on the terroir of Chateauneuf-sur-Isère, made up of detrital pebbles. Yield 45 hl/ha. Vinification: 100% destemmed grapes, indigenous yeasts, gentle direct pressing, cold settling, maturation in vats. Bottled in March 2020 with 2 g/hl of sulphur.
