A 100% Viognier cuvée, produced only in vintages with optimal conditions, from vineyards cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, planted on clay-limestone terraces, from alpine terroirs. The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified with respect: direct pressing in a pneumatic press, cold settling, indigenous yeasts, the juices were moved by gravity, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Racking, then bottling at the estate on March 31, 2026, with a low dose of sulfur.
