A nose of apricot, yellow peach, pineapple, jasmine, and lemon zest. The palate: in three words, lusciousness, freshness, length. We didn't expect so much from this "little" cuvée, truly a lovely surprise!

A blend of 50% Viognier and 50% Roussanne (as you probably guessed from the name...) from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on granite and loess soils. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled in May 2020 with a microdose of sulphur 10 days before bottling, just "to reassure ourselves" says Jean!
