A blend of equal parts Grenache Noir and Syrah from 25- and 30-year-old vines planted on a 1-ha parcel in Saint-André, with loamy, sandy soils, farmed organically. The grapes were harvested on the 20th of August, followed by carbonic maceration, 5 weeks of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, with the juices always moved by gravity. Bottled the 25th of October 2019, with less than 1 gram of sulphur added during racking.
