A blended cuvée: 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Carignan and 30% Grenache Noir From century-old vines, grown on clayey soil, in the commune of Trouillas. The yields are low, and both the vines and the vinifications are managed naturally and without sulphur. Bottled right away in October! The wine is neither fined, nor filtered. Zero sulphur!
