100% Muscat d'Alexandrie, from old vines planted between 300 and 400 metres altitude on grey schist and red clay soils, surrounded by garrigue. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Yields: 20 hl/ha. Harvesting is done in the morning and by hand using small crates.
