A blend of 90% Lledoner Pelut (the Grenache of the Catalan region) and 10% Carignan. Some of the vines are up to 130 years old, planted on a terroir of red schist soils, rich in iron. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Yields: 15 hl/ha. Harvesting is done by hand. Vinification: a short, 4-day maceration of whole clusters, with indigenous yeasts, then matured 10 months in demi-muid barrels, without filtering. Zero sulphur added!
