100% Chenin from 20-year old vines grown organically and planted on clay and flinty soils. Thi is a négociant cuvée, the grapes were bought to the iconic duo of winemakers from Montlouis-sur-Loire, Lise and Bertrand Jousset! Manual harvest and natural vinification at Bruno's in Roussillon. Direct pressing, setlling by gravity, fermentations and aging in casks that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. 800 bottles produced.
