A nose of redcurrants and cherry stones, with mineral notes. Palate: still youthful tannins, good acidity, and a great deal of rock'n'roll character! A wine that would benefit from decanting, ideally this should be cellared three years before enjoying. Be patient, you will be amply rewarded!

A blend from vines farmed organically and planted between 1997 and 2001 on an upper terrace of the Soulier slope, in Lissac-sur-Couze, south of Brive-la-Gaillarde. 62% Petit Verdot and Arinarnoa, 24% Merlot and 14% from other varieties... Hand harvested Sept. 23rd to 29th and on Oct. 4th, the grapes macerated 30 days as whole bunches, and were transferred into barrels on the 3rd of November, 2018, for 24 months of maturation. Bottled by hand, between Oct. 25th and Nov. 3rd 2020, without additives or sulphites. 209 bottles produced.
