A dry Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh, from a parcel co-planted with 60% Petit Corbu (vines planted in 1990) and 40% Petit and Gros Manseng (2010). The estate was certified organic in 2015 and DEMETER in 2016 (the only certified biodynamic estate in Madiran). Harvest: meticulous sorting, hand-picked with small crates. Vinification: slow pressing, maturation in cement eggs. A stabilised wine, with little sulphur.
