A dry Pacherenc-du-Vic-Bilh, from a parcel co-planted with 60% Petit Corbu (vines planted in 1990) and 40% Petit and Gros Manseng (planted in 2010). The estate was certified organic in 2015 and DEMETER in 2016 (the only certified biodynamic estate in Madiran). Harvest: meticulous sorting, hand-picked with small crates. Vinification: slow pressing, maturation in cement eggs. Just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Céline Oulié
Céline Oulié is based 10 km west of the village of Madiran. In 2012, she decided to leave her position as an industrial and environmental risk management engineer to spend the following year training alongside Loire vignerons oriented towards organic/biodynamic winemaking, such as Sébastien David. In 2014, she decided to take over her family’s 5 hectares of vines, an estate managed by women...
