Mauvais Temps - 2019 - Nicolas Carmarans
A nose of black cherry enhanced by subtle smoky notes. The palate is luscious and lively, a refreshing fruit bomb! Light and eminently drinkable, yet with beautiful complexity! A wine that needs time to breathe before tasting.

This cuvée, which not long ago was made as a blend, is now a 100% Fer Servadou, due to frost... From a massal selection of old, 55-year-old vines, farmed organically and planted on red sandstone soils rich in iron.
