Blend of Blaüfrankisch and Zweigelt, from 35-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on gravel soils. Manual harvesting and natural vinification. Total destemming, direct pressing of the two grape varieties, aging in 500, 1000 and 1500-liter Austrian oak barrels that have seen several wines, for 7 months, without any stirring of the lees. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
