100% Mtsvane from vines which have never been impaired by chemicals, planted in Manavi, Kakheti, at the East of Georgia. Located 45 minutes away from the Estate, but John and Gela have picked this plot as Manavi is well-known to be the best terroir for Mtsvane wine! Vinification in qvevris, these traditional Georgian amphorae made of clay, buried, and surrounded by beeswax. Macerated for about 9 months, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
