100% Gamay from organically grown and hand harvested vines. Natural vinification and without inputs, like all of Pierre's other Burgundy wines. Carbonic maceration in whole bunches for 20 days, soft pressing, 18 months of maturation in Burgundy wooden casks that have seen several wines. Not fined or filtered, bottled at the Estate without added sulfur.
