100% Gamay from 40 to 60 year-old vines planted on granitic soils. These are living soils, maintained without chemicals or weedkillers, no treatments, only phyto-therapy. Harvesting is done by hand to respect the grapes and preserve the indigenous yeasts. Vinification: whole bunches, no additives, carbonic maceration, 10 months of maturation in old barrels. Bottled in June 2025 without fining nor filtration, and zero added sulphur.
