A blend of 70% Aligoté and 30% Gamay à jus blanc, from organically-grown vines. The Aligoté was planted around the estate on granitic soils, and is vinified for the first time with the 2023 vintage. Harvested by hand, the two grape varieties are pressed directly together, fermented in 600-liter demi-muids that have seen several wines, malolactic fermentation is done, aged for two months in demi-muids (this is a primeur wine!), bottled without fining or filtration from the 6th of November, 2023. Zero added sulfur.
