A cuvée produced from the purchase of grapes, 100% Gamay from vines grown organically and harvested by hand. Vinification in whole bunches, semi-carbonic maceration, soft pressing, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines, racking, then blending of the barrels in enamelled vats for a few additional months of maturation.
