100% Gamay from organically grown vines, purchased from the Château du Basty, in Beaujolais-Lantignié appellation. Natural vinification: whole bunches undergo semi-carbonic maceration for two weeks, followed by 10 months of maturation, half in concrete vats and half in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the end of June 2022 without fining, filtration or added sulphites.

Jonathan Purcell is a young Californian winemaker full of talent. His father introduced him to the pleasures of wine at an early age, by having him taste Burgundies from the ’40s and ’50s.
