100% Gamay from organic vines planted in the Beaujolais-Villages appellation at Damien Coquelet's estate in Vauxrenard. Manual harvesting and vinification in Burgundy at Fred's estate. Carbonic maceration in whole bunches, gentle pressing, aging in vats for one year. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
