A rather complex and bewitching nose with notes of tarte tatin, salted butter caramel, candied orange and sweet spices... On the palate, it's delicious and round, with a fresh, slightly bitter finish. A complex, intense and generous cider!

A blend of bittersweet apples, Peau de Chien and Dous Moën varieties, from apple trees grown organically on the estate or purchased from an orchard in the center of Britanny. Hand-picked, the apples were matured for a month in order to concentrate sugars and tannins, pressing, natural start of the fermentation, bottled early February 2023, three months on laths, then disgorged early June. Unfiltered, no sulfur added.

Pauline and Édouard Cazals
Pauline and Édouard Cazals are behind Brittany's first professional vineyard, Les Longues Vignes. Édouard, a native of Normandy, got his first taste of agriculture at the age of 15, during vegetables harvest.
