Apples and pears on the nose, obviously, enhanced by notes of honey, white flowers and verbena. On the palate, it's both super-indulgent and fresh, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of tension and minerality, with great purity and a long finish.

A co-fermentation cider from Guillevic apples, with Plant de Blanc, Poire à Champagne, Fausset and Antricotin pears, from the estate's own orchard, and a small purchase of pears from Normandy, in Domfront. Hand-picked, direct pressing of apples and pears, bottled early February 2023, three months on laths, disgorged early June 2023. Unfiltered, no sulfur added. Siéversii is the name of the historic wild apple that grew in the forests of Kazakstan (there are 4 of them in this cuvée!).

Pauline and Édouard Cazals
Pauline and Édouard Cazals are behind Brittany's first professional vineyard, Les Longues Vignes. Édouard, a native of Normandy, got his first taste of agriculture at the age of 15, during vegetables harvest.
