95% Gamay Blanc (which is actually an old massal selection of Chardonnay) and 5% of Gordo Blanco (=Muscat d'Alexandrie), from vines grown organically and planted in the Maule region 400km South of Santiago. The two parcels are really close. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing and 6 months of aging in vats for the Chardonnay, destemming and two weeks of maceration in open wooden vats for the Gordo Blanco. Blending before bottling without fining nor filtration in France. Just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Louis-Antoine Luyt was born in the Breton coastal city of St Malo some forty years ago. Following a handful of formative viticultural experiences alongside the likes of Philippe Pacalet and Marcel Lapierre, he finally moved to Chili, and settled in Cauquenès, 400 km south of Santiago de Chile.
