100% Pais from non-irrigated, farmed organically without certification, planted on sandy soils with decomposing granite, on a total of two hectares in the Maule region, 400km South of Santiago. Manual harvest. Vinification: half destemmed, and half whole bunches for carbonic maceration for 8 days, blending after the end of fermentation. Short aging, it's a primeur wine! Not fined, not filtered, less than one gram/hl of sulfur added before bottling.
Louis-Antoine Luyt was born in the Breton coastal city of St Malo some forty years ago.
