But in reality, this batch comes from a farm located several kilometers away, in Brie-sous-Matha, a village in the heart of one of the most beautiful wine-growing landscapes of Saintonge, on clay-limestone soils. Rich in a wine-growing history of almost a thousand years, this quiet village is renowned for its the quality of its vineyard."
