100% Sapervi, the emblematic red grape variety of the region, from 20-year-old vines farmed organically and planted in the prestigious Manavi appellation, in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. Fermented in qvevris, these traditional Georgian amphorae buried up to their necks in the ground, followed by 8 months of maturation in the same containers. And obviously there is zero filtration, zero fining, zero sulphur, the juices are moved by gravity, the labels glued by hand, etc., etc...

Niki Antadze is a leading figure in Georgian natural wine. A former nightclub owner, this remarkable character, as calm and gentle as a lamb, is now the head of a tiny estate with just three hectares of Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane and Saperavi located in Manavi, in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia. From his small vineyard of old vines (some of them more than 100 years old) planted at 750 metres...
