A 100% Chardonnay cuvée, and once again, like all of Ganevat’s wines, a very rare one indeed. From vines planted in 1986, and grown on a marl terroir from Lias, in the small town of Vercia. It's a 100% natural wine. This non-oxidative cuvée (made using ouillage or ‘topping up’ of the barrels) was matured in 350-litre demi-muid barrels and casks for four years, on the lees, in a humid cellar. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites. This cuvée is named after Fanfan’s daughter.

Jean François Ganevat
Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
