100% André (the origin of the grape variety dates back to the 1930s, between Bläufrankisch and Saint Laurent) from vines grown organically, planted on two small plots for a total of 500 square meters on the hill of Siklos in Levice. Very specific terroir of travertine with a strong presence of calcium carbonate. Hand-harvested. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for one year. Bottled in August 2021 without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
