A nose characterized by strawberry jam, redcurrant and red plum notes. Palate: a dry and digestible juice, a beautiful dense and fruity substance, long finish with a hint of spice. One of our favorites during the tasting!

100% Saint Laurent, cuvée produced from grapes purchased to Viktor's neighbors. Plot grown organically, 30-year-old vines planted on the hill of Siklos, 300 meters above sea level, in the small town of Levice in the South-East of Slovakia. Very specific terroir of travertine with a strong presence of calcium carbonate. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in June 2021 without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Viktor Sipos traveled the world before coming back to Slovakia. As an engineer specialized in power plants, he lived in London, Vietnam and Martinique. Willing to settle in his hometown, he looked for a family house in Levice, South-West of Slovakia. It was chance (fate!) that put his current home in his path.
