A blended cuvée from different places in South West of France: 40% Merlot from Bordeaux, 40% Carignan from Limoux on clay-gravel soils, and 20% Gamay from Fronton, all from organic vines that were harvested by hand. Natural vinification in Laurent's urban cellar, which is in fact an old bunker: short maceration followed by 8 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the winery without fining or filtration, and without addition of sulfites.
