A juice that goes off the beaten track with this great blend, nose on notes of stewed blueberries, the palate is luscious, round and powerful, the tannins are definitely there and they bring a great structure, it's more than "canon" (French slang word for hot) !!!
Blend of different grape varieties in complanted on the parcel: Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, table grapes, white grape varieties, Mérille and other unknown native grape varieties from 70-year-old vines on average, planted in the commune of Quinsac at the gates of Bordeaux. Manual harvest, yields of 20 hl/ha. Vinification in vats, soft pressing, six months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines, in a cellar which is in fact an old bunker! Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
