70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from 30-year-old vines on average, conducted following biodynamics principles, integrating principles of agroforestry and permaculture. The vines are planted in Puisseguin, on clay-loam soil, 80 to 106 metres above sea level. Manual harvest, complete destemming, fermentation without pushing the extraction in tanks, aging for 24 months in barrels of several wines, without any oenological additives. Bottled at the Château without fining or filtration, zero sulfites added.
