100% Merlot from the most beautiful vines of the Domaine, grown organically and pruned in Cordon-style, stripping of the leafs on the rising side and disbudded. Manual harvest in small crates and low yields. Vinification: destemming, work by gravity, 16 days of maceration, soft pressing, 16 months of aging in barrels that have seen one to three wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulphites.

Antonin Jamois

Antonin Jamois, born in 1979 and originally from Paris, was in no way predestined to become a winegrower... After studying agronomy, he left for Argentina and Brazil, then settled for 10 years in Madagascar (hence the name of the Estate!) where he worked as an aquaculturist and as a scuba diver. It is the birth of his daughter that motivates him to come back to France in 2014. Antonin returns...
