A rosé classified as a Vin de France, produced in Bordeaux in the area of Côtes-de-Francs on the right bank. Each year, depending on what the Amoreaus decide, a different grape varietal may be chosen to create this saignée (a rosé whose colour comes from maceration instead of from blending): Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon or Carménère. The fermentation takes place in old barrels with nothing added, over 6 to 10 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered, and without sulphites added.
