100% Merlot from vines conducted following biodynamic principles and planted in the area of Côtes-de-Francs on the Right Bank. A “rosé de saignée” obtained by extracting some of the juice from the tanks of Merlot during the fermentation process. Fermentation and aging in barrels for 6 to 8 months, dynamizing the wine according to the lunar calendar. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtering, no sulphites added.
