The perfect white wine for gastronomic pairings white with a complex, evolving nose, featuring notes of apricot, honey, dried mango, spices and a hint of oxydative notes. The palate is in harmony with the nose, enhanced by a fine acidity, with a long and mineral finish.

A blend of different grape varieties in complantation: a large majority of Sémillon, completed with other grape varieties, not all identified! The vines are planted in Quinsac, on the outskirts of Bordeaux, and cultivated using organic and agroforestry methods. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified naturally in Laurent's cellar, an old bunker! Slow, gentle pressing, transfer of the juice into barrels for 6 months of aging on the lees, without new oak. Unfined and unfiltered, bottled at the winery with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
