A really long (to say the least!) maturation process endows this wine with very complex, well-developed aromas of yellow plum, almond, soft spices, stewed fruit and a hint of vanilla... The palate is powerful, with depth and persistence – a lovely way to end a meal.

A spirit distilled in a traditional still from the marc of five grape varieties from Jura, grown at the estate. Very, very long maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, for not less than 18 years! Bottled at the Estate with a tiny dose of sulphur.
