Made by macerating two-year-old Lambics with blue honeysuckle berry. A few words from the brewery: “The beer has a deep red color; its flavor is powerful and fruity, with a beautiful balance between sweetness, acidity, and astringency.” Le Sang Bleu is at its most “fruity” when enjoyed young. Aging allows the Lambic to fully express itself, but at the expense of the fruitiness.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat, hops, blue honeysuckle - Bottled on March 10, 2026. Best consumed within 10 years of the bottling date.
