The Lambics of the Cantillon Brewery are called « young » after one year of aging and reach their full maturity after three years. The young beers contain the natural sugars necessary for the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The three years old beers bring their bouquet and their finesse.
Grand Cru Bruocsella : Vintage Lambic. All the beers come from the same production season after a maturation of three years in barrels. Beer with a very complex taste. Slightly oxidized, almost like a wine, the acidulous flavors blend with the mellow side. Powerful and elegant, Bruocsella is the missing link between the world of wine and beer. Not refermented in the bottle, Bruocsella is a still, non-sparkling beer.
Ingredients : water, barley malt*, wheat*, hops. *Organic agriculture - Bottled on the 17th of October 2024. To be consumed preferably within 20 years after the bottling date.
