The Lambics of the Cantillon Brewery are called « young » after one year of aging and reach their full maturity after three years. The young beers contain the natural sugars necessary for the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The three years old beers bring their bouquet and their finesse.
Saint Lamvinus: blend of lambics aged for 16 to 18 months with Merlot from the Côtes de Bourg, maceration for around 8 weeks in order to extract fine tannins from the grapes. A few words from the brewery: "Intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate and has a clear connection to its winemaking origins."
Ingredients : water, barley malt*, wheat*, grapes*, hops. *Ingredients from organic agriculture - Bottled on the 3rd of November 2025. To be consumed preferably within 20 years after the bottling date.
