Le Plaisir means Pleasure in French—an ode to pure enjoyment. A perfect name for this cuvée, as it captures both the joy of sharing and the sensory delight of this unique beer. A spontaneously fermented collaboration with the legendary Cascina degli Ulivi in Piedmont, Italy—founded by Stefano Bellotti and now run by his daughter Ilaria Bellotti, well known to JUS'tos! A blend of two-year-old lambics with the pomace of nine estate grape varieties, which were macerated for 9 months before blending.
Ingredients: water, wheat, barley malt, hops, grapes (300 g/L). Bottled at the brewery on August 6th, 2024. Produced in Belgium.
