Eau de vie elaborated from the distillation of the grape marc of the Pfifferling family of the Domaine de l'Anglore in Tavel, well known by all fans of natural wine... Produced organically, the pomace is brought to the South West of France, where Laurent Cazottes and his team carefully sort the raw material, and proceed to a gentle and artisanal distillation. A rarity!
