Etter's Vieille Poire Williams is made with 11 kg of sun-ripened Valais pears per bottle. The pears are carefully selected from the Rhône Valley, known for their exceptional fruit quality. After distillation, the spirit is aged for 3 to 5 years in both glass demijohns and French oak barrels. Each cask is individually tasted before blending, ensuring a harmonious balance of fruity and woody notes. The aging process reveals a delicate complexity, with rich pear flavors and fine vanilla undertones.
