Aligoté from 35-year-old vines farmed biodynamically, planted on a 0.37 ha parcel in Volnay, with deep soils rich in marl, south-east exposure. Natural vinification: two-thirds of the harvest is direct-pressed in whole clusters, one-third is destemmed and macerated for 5 days, before 10 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Light filtration, micro-dose of sulfur added at the end of malolactic fermentation. Bottled at the Domaine in July 2024.
