A blended cuvée, mostly from the 2018 vintage, with a majority of Chardonnay, then Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, harvested at Aÿ, Dizy, and Hautvilliers for 38% of the harvest, and at Avize and Oiry for the rest. Manual harvest from the 30th of August to the 11th of September. Vinified in large barrels, blended with some reserve wine, matured in barrels on its lees, more than four years on laths with a dosage of 2 grams per litre. Disgorged in Spring 2023, low sulfites.
