A special vintage for the Caibelles cuvée, the first year Laureano entrusted the vineyards and vinification to his daughter Alicia and his son-in-law Alex. A blend of red grape varieties: Tempranillo, Grenache Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, from vineyards cultivated biodynamically in the village of El Pinell de Brai. Harvested and destemmed by hand, berry by berry, the grapes macerated all together for 10 days, followed by maturation in vats. Neither filtered nor fined, bottled by hand using gravity, and without added sulphites.

Laureano Serres
Laureano Serres took over his family vineyard in 1999. The 5 ha estate is situated between Barcelona and Valencia, near the coast. There, Laureano would cultivate his vines according to the principles of biodynamics, and after a few years of traditional vinification, he completely abandoned the use of sulphur.
