Nose with notes of mirabelle, white tea, bergamot... Both rich and sharp, perfect balance between the fruit, the tension and the minerality. Mouthwatering on the palate, very beautiful length. A big favorite during the tasting, a belgian wine that is worth a Grand Bourgogne!

100% Chardonnay from vines planted in 2012 on four parcels for a total of two hectares, on clay-limestone soils, exposure South South West, in the commune of La Bruyère, North West of Namur. All of the vineyard is farmed biodynamically. Manual harvest from the 4th of October 2020. Direct pressing, each parcel is vinified separately before blending. One year of aging in barrels with 20% of new oak, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered, just a tiny dose of sulphur.
