100% Trepat from century-old old vines, grown organically and planted at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, on clay and stony soils, in the heights of the Conca de Barbera appellation, North of Tarragona. Manual harvest. About four weeks of maceration in clay amphorae, soft pressing, 6 months of aging in amphorae and French oak barrels that have seen several wines. Matured in bottle in the Estate’s cellar for two more years.
