100% Macabeu from 35 to 40 years old vines, grown biodynamically and planted on clay and limestone soils in the small town of El Pinell de Brai, at 470 meters above sea level. Harvested by hand. Vinification: grapes are destemmed, direct pressing (gentle and slow). After malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured 6 months in vats. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled manually by gravity, labelled by hand, etc... And ZERO added sulphites, like always at Laureano's.

Laureano Serres took over his family vineyard in 1999. The 5 ha estate is situated between Barcelona and Valencia, near the coast. There, Laureano would cultivate his vines according to the principles of biodynamics, and after a few years of traditional vinification, he completely abandoned the use of sulphur.
