100% Rkatsiteli from organic vines planted in the Kakhetia region of Eastern Georgia. Harvested by hand, the vinification process is unusual for the country: direct pressing rather than a maceration, which is quite rare in Georgia. Aged in qvevris (these amphorare buried in the cellar) for 5 months. Bottled in Georgia on the 24th of January 2023, without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
